To start off you should book yourself a free 30 minute consult with Richard before booking your tattoo session. We can meet in person, discuss it through chat or through a video call.

Once the tattoo has been discussed between you and Richard you will be set up with an appointment in our system.

Deposit: In many cases we require a deposit. If you've made a deposit and wish to reschedule, you must do so no later than 48 hours before your currently scheduled appointment. If cancellation is required do so no later than 48 hours before your currently scheduled appointment. If you do not reschedule by 48 hours before your appointment you may not be eligible for a refund. If you show up for your appointment and complete your tattoo, the amount we collected for the deposit will be subtracted from the final cost.
